煤矿监控系统瓦斯传感器误报警分析及对策研究

摘    要:为了使煤矿监控系统安全可靠地服务于生产,对系统运行过程中由于系统本身的技术原因、人为操作、环境影响等因素造成传感器误报警进行了分析和研究,提出了不同原因造成系统误报警的解决办法和对策。应用表明,甄别误报警产生的根源是关键。根据对策进行治理,保障了矿井监控系统的安全、稳定、可靠。

Abstract:To make sure the safe and reliable service of monitoring system in coal mine,the reasons for sensor error alarm in the process of system running were analysed and in the paper,such as the technology of the system itself causes,artificial operation,environmental impact factors,and so on. Solutions and countermeasures were also proposed to solve the problems of error alarm. Practical application has shown that,identifying the root causes of false alarm is the key. Relevant countermeasures were carried out to solve the problems,all these have ensured the safety,stability and reliability of the mine monitoring and control system.
