村庄下膏体充填开采技术应用研究

摘    要:朱村矿进入后期生产后,可采储量少,村庄建筑物下呆滞储量多,为进一步挖掘储量,延长矿井服务年限,采用膏体充填开采技术。理论分析了朱村矿充填开采后隔水层厚度和底板最大破坏深度,根据朱村矿的地质条件,选择了合适的充填材料及充填工艺,并在54采区进行工业性试验。实践表明:工作面采用膏体充填后,巷道顶底板变形量小,工作面直接底破坏深度小于5 m,能够有效防止底板L2灰岩强含水层突水,随着充填技术的成熟,地表沉陷量逐渐减小,地表建筑物的破坏控制在Ⅰ级范围内,充填效果良好。

Abstract:During the advanced production stage of Zhucun Mine,the recoverable reserves lessens while the sluggish reserves under village buildings becomes more. Thus,the paste filling mining technology is adopted to achieve more reserves as well as extend the service life of the mine. The paper theoretically analyzed the aquifuge thickness and maximum floor failure depth of Zhucun Mine after filling mining. It selected the appropriate filling materials and filling process according to the geological conditions of Zhucun Mine,and carried out industrial test in No.54 mining area. Practice shows that after using paste filling,the deformation of roadway roof and floor on working face is in a small amount,while the direct bottom damaging depth of working face is less than 5 m. Through this,the water inrush of roadway floor L2 limestone strong aquifer can be effectively prevented. As the filling technology develops,surface subsidence volume decreases gradually,the damage to the surface buildings is controlled within Grade I range. The above test results prove good filling effect.
