留底煤软岩巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:为解决某矿7522工作面留底煤运输巷的巷道支护问题,借助数值模拟软件,对比了不同的支护条件下巷道围岩应力及位移分布变化情况,确定工作面运输巷采用锚网索联合支护方案的具体支护参数,现场巷道围岩位移量观测表明,所采用的锚网索联合支护方式及支护参数能够有效控制运输巷围岩的变形破坏,节约了支护材料,减少了巷道的维修费用,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:To solve the supporting problem of conveyor roadway under which bottom coal remained on 7522 working face,the bolt-mesh-anchor combined supporting parameters were obtained through comparing the change of surrounding rock stress and displacement distribution under different supporting conditions by numeral simulation software. The movement quantity of surrounding rock in roadway was also monitored in field. It was indicated that the way and parameters of bolt-mesh-anchor combined supporting is effective for controlling the deformation and failure of surrounding rocks of conveyor roadway which saves the supporting material,decrease the maintenance costs of roadway,and has created better economic benefit for the mine.
