井下大功率定向钻进装备在复杂地层中的应用

摘    要:为了提高大直径定向钻孔在复杂地层中的施工效率,通过对大阳煤矿3404回采工作面顶板大直径定向钻孔施工的分析,结合垮落带、裂隙带经验公式,给出了确定布孔层位的方法,提出了分层分支孔法设计钻孔的方法。试验结果表明,分层分支孔减少了下向孔段的长度,排渣效果好,钻孔施工效率提高了10%。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of construction of large diameter directional drilling in complex crumble formation,through the analysis of directional hole in roof with large diameter on 3404 working face of Daiyang Coal Mine,the method of determining arranging position of hole was provided,then layered branch hole method for drilling design was put forward in this paper. The results show that,the length of the slope down drilling is reduced due to the application of layered branch hole,and the effect of mud discharge is well,the efficiency of drilling construction is improved by 10%.
