摘    要:针对现有的强力运送带故障在线检测定位难、周期长情况,设计一套输送带自动检测系统来处理接头拉伸、锈蚀、断裂等故障问题。依据视频图像采集原理及缺陷检测技术算法,设计系统总体方案,结合硬件和软件开发,实现了运送带在线检测、实时性、快速性的可视化检测,为钢丝绳芯运送带运行状况、故障诊断与决策得出可靠判断方式。

Abstract:In view of the existing strength conveyor belt fault line detection and location is difficult and waste a long time,the design of a conveyor belt automatic detection system handle the joint tensile,corrosion,fracture and other issues. Based on the video image acquisition principle and defect detection algorithm,it design the overall scheme of the system,combined with hardware and software development,the conveyor belt online detection,real-time,rapidly visual detection,for steel wire rope core conveyer belt running status,fault diagnosis and decision make a reliable judgement way.
