综采工作面低位放顶煤回采工艺研究

摘    要:随着科技的发展,采矿工程回采工艺方法不断优化升级,从最初的炮采、薄煤层开采、中位放顶煤回采,已发展到如今的低位放顶煤回采。通过对新郑煤电公司12202、11208综采工作面概况和回采工艺存在的问题进行分析,得出采用低位放顶煤回采工艺后能够提升矿井资源的采出率,因此低位放顶煤应用前景十分广阔,应在综采工作面回采中大力推广。

Abstract:With the development of science and technology,mining engineering and mining process methods are optimized and upgrading,from the initial blasting mining thin seam mining,the median caving coal mining development to today′s low caving mining. Problems of 12202,11208 fully-mechanized working face and coal winning technics in Xinzheng Coal and Electricity Company were analyzed in this paper,and the conclusion is that,the low caving coal mining technics can enhance recovery rate of mine resource,therefore,low caving winning technics has promising prospects and should be vigorously promoted on fully-mechanized working face.
