摘    要:随着矿井服务年限的增加,开采深度不断加大,回采条件日趋复杂,煤层瓦斯含量增加,治理难度加大,影响到巷道掘进速度;合理布置采区煤柱回采,一方面能有效缓解采面接替紧张的局面,另一方面可提高资源采出率,减少资源浪费。该工作面位于平煤十矿向斜轴部及附近,地质条件极其复杂,落差大于1 m 的断层6条,且工作面为采区煤柱,回采区域内老巷达28条,且老巷位置复杂。针对采区煤柱工作面的回采难题,研究了工作面过多种复杂条件老巷、上隅角瓦斯管理、煤柱工作面支护等技术,在过老巷、上隅角瓦斯治理、两巷高应力条件下加强支护等方面积累了一定经验。

 Coal Pillar Mining Technology Research and Its Application in Complex Conditions

Abstract:With the increasing of mine service life and mining depth,mining conditions are becoming more complex,gas content of coal seam increases,and it is more difficult to control the gas over-limit. Reasonable arrangement of pillar actual mining area not only can effectively relieve tension mining face to succeed,but also can improve the resource recovery rate,reduce the waste of resources. The face is located near the synclinal axis section and geological conditions is extremely complex in Pingdingshan No.10 Coal Mine,there are 6 gaps greater than 1 m,and the face is coal pillar,in the mining area of old roadway as much as 28,and the location is complex. For the problems of coal pillar face,the authors studied technologies of working face passing through old roadway in variety of complex situations,corner gas control,pillar face supporting,and so on,and having accumulated some experiences on passing through the old roadway,upper corner gas control,strengthened supporting in high-stress conditions of two roadways.
