深井大断面软岩硐室群围岩控制技术应用

摘    要:车集煤矿主采的28采区工作面采深均超过800 m,采区泵房埋深约1 050 m。采区排水硐室属于三维立体交叉硐室群结构,密集的巷道布置必然使得应力集中严重,要满足长期使用的要求,对支护提出较高要求。在深井软岩高水平应力围岩条件下巷道顶帮均采用长锚索加长锚杆,通过高强让压锚索支护技术、充分调动围岩的自稳能力,在顶板、两帮形成了稳定的锚固承载结构,有效抑制围岩初期变形,同时实行分阶段支让协同控制技术,采用不同性能的单一支护的组合结构,保证了围岩的稳定,并取得了良好的控制效果。

Abstract:Juji Coal Mine is mainly mining the 28th panel,whose depth is greater than 800 m even 1 050 m of the pump chamber. This chamber crosses roadways from three directions creating severe stress concentrations. So it is difficult to support roadway if chamber group in long term usage. In order to support this pump room,pre-stress blot and different length blots arranged alternately were utilized. With the supporting technology of high-strength yielding bolt,self-stable ability of surrounding rock has been in full play. Stable anchorage and loading structure were formed on roof and two sides of roadway,and the initial deformation of surrounding rock was effectively controlled. Meanwhile,cooperation controlling technology of supporting and yielding was implemented in several stages,combined structure of single supporting with different properties were applied. The result shows that the supporting technology is successful and has ensured the stability of surrounding rock.
