高压水力割缝在快速石门揭煤中的应用研究

摘    要:针对新维煤矿的地质条件,提出了高压水力割缝提高石门揭煤过程中瓦斯抽放量的方法,设计了水力割缝技术施工方案,并进行了卸压增透效果的跟踪考察。研究结果表明,在新维煤矿设计的水力割缝钻孔位置合理,措施实施后直接扰动煤体直径提高9倍以上,直接扰动煤体体积提高68倍以上,显著减少措施工程量且钻孔的瓦斯总平均单孔纯流量达到13.7 L/min,有效扩大了煤体的卸压区域,提高了煤体中瓦斯的渗流,大大降低了石门揭煤过程中的突出危险性。

Abstract:Based on the geological conditions of Xinwei Coal Mine,a method of improving gas drainage rate in the process of rock cross-cut coal uncovering by high pressure hydraulic slotting was proposed and construction scheme of hydraulic slotting technology was designed. The investigation of pressure relief and antireflection effect was carried out. The result showed that,the location of hydraulic slotting drilling was reasonable in Xinwei Coal Mine and diameter of direct disturbance coal increased by more than 9 times,and the volume of direct disturbance coal increased by more than 68 times after the implementation of method. The engineering quantity was decreased obviously and total average single drilling net flow of gas reaches 13.7 L/min. It expanded the pressure-relief area of coal body effectively and improved the gas seepage in coal,reduced the risk of outburst in the process of rock cross-cut coal uncovering significantly.
