综采工作面合理伪倾斜角度的研究和应用

摘    要:在回采过程中,由于综采工作面倾角和设备自重影响,造成工作面刮板输送机和综采支架等设备的下滑,制约工作面的正规循环。通过理论分析确定了采煤工作面合理伪倾斜角度计算公式,生产实践表明,按该计算公式确定的伪倾斜角度可以满足工作面设备防滑要求。

Abstract:In mining process of coal winning,the skid of the scraper conveyor on working face and other equipment occur due to the influences of the angle of the face and the equipment weight,regular cycle of working face was restricted. Through theoretical analysis,reasonable calculating formula of false dip angle for working face was determined. Practice shows that,the false dip angle determined according to the calculating formula can meet the requirements of anti-skid devices on working face.
