一种矿用电参数测量仪的研究

摘    要:针对煤矿原有老旧供电开关、大型用电设备等无法实现实时用电参数监测的问题,通过PT、CT转换,运用高精度快速采用技术,设计了一种矿用电参数测量仪,可在不改变现有供电设备架构的情况下将主要供电装置的运行参数集中采集。研究结果表明,该仪器的多参数测量装置采样精度达0.2级、电度测量精度达0.5级、电参数测量齐全,在煤矿供电实时监控、用电计量、绩效考评中具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the existing coal old power supply switch,large electricity equipment can not realize real-time electric parameter monitoring,by PT,CT conversion,a mine-used electric parameter measurement instrument was designed with the application of high precision rapid adoption technology. It can collect operating parameters of the main power supply device in the conditions of not changing the architecture of existing power supply device. The results show that,the sampling accuracy of multi-parameter measuring device is up to 0.2,and the accuracy grade of electrical measurement is 0.5,the measurement of electric parameters is complete. All this have an important guiding significance in real-time monitoring of coal mine power supply,electrical measurement and performance evaluation.
