近距离保护层工作面高位巷布置及密闭抽采的应用

摘    要:首山一矿采煤工作面采用厚煤层分层开采技术,回采过程中下分层和保护层煤体中大量卸压瓦斯涌入采空区,造成采面回风流、上隅角频繁出现瓦斯高值甚至瓦斯超限。针对该问题,首山一矿采用施工高位巷进行密闭抽采的技术方案进行治理。实践证明,治理后,打钻、生产期间的采面回风流瓦斯浓度降低到了0.2%~0.4%,有效解决了瓦斯高值问题,为采面安全高效生产打下了坚实的基础。

Abstract:Thick coal seam layered mining technology was used on coal mining face of Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine. In the working process,a lot of pressure relief gas of the coal under layer and protective layer entered into the goaf,high gas content even gas overrun appeared frequently in return air and in upper corner. To solve this problem,the method of constructing high level roadway for closed gas drainage was adopted in Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine. Practice has proved that,in the drilling and working process,the gas concentration in return air has been reduced to 0.2 to 0.4% after the treatment of mining face. High gas content was solved effectively,and has laid a solid foundation for safe and high efficient production of mining face.
