基于PLC控制技术的通风机在线监控系统

摘    要:主要通风机作为煤矿的心脏,在煤矿安全生产中具有重要的地位,为了确保煤矿主要通风机安全运行、提升煤矿数字化建设水平,通过对《煤矿安全规程》、通风机控制流程、现场使用情况分析,提出了以S7-300为核心,通过采集现场传感数据、遥信数据等,配合现场操作台、控制箱,实现对矿井主要通风机的监测监控。应用表明,基于PLC技术的通风机在线监控系统具有运行稳定、可靠,采集参数齐全、预警可靠等特点,可实现煤矿主要通风机在线监测、一键启停、风机切换、反风操作及运行记录查询,提升了煤矿通风系统的安全性、可靠性。

Abstract:As the heart in coal mine,it plays an important role in the safety production. In order to ensure operation of the main fan,and enhance the level of the construction of digital coal mine,the paper has proposed method which realized the monitoring and control of mine main fan using S7-300 as the core,collecting field sensor data,remote signal data,and working with the site operation,control box. The practical application shows that fan online monitoring system based on PLC technology has the characteristic of stable and reliable,the complete parameters acquisition,and the reliable early warning,and it can facilitate the realization of online monitoring of coal mine main fan,one-key start and stop,the wind switch,anti wind operation and operation record query.In short,it greatly enhances the safety and reliability of coal mine ventilation system.
