深部高应力软岩硐室注浆加固技术

摘    要:为解决城郊煤矿深部高应力软岩硐室的支护难题,针对城郊矿二水平南翼变电所的地质条件,提出在硐室帮顶采用壁后注浆和底板采用预应力注浆锚索的方式进行加固。矿压观测表明,加固修复90 d后,硐室两帮最大移近量为110 mm,顶板最大下沉量为80 mm,底板最大底鼓量为38 mm。断面收敛在设计范围内,支护效果理想,硐室围岩持续大变形得到控制,硐室维护满足矿井安全生产的需求。

Abstract:To solve the supporting difficulty of soft rock chamber in deep mine of Chengjiao Mine,contrapose the geological conditions of substation in south of the second level of Chengjiao Mine,a method was put forward to strengthen the chamber by grouting after the wall of roof and side,and grouting combining with prestressed anchor cable in the floor. The mine pressure observation showed that during reinforcing repair 90 days,the convergence between the two ribs was about 110 mm,the roof falling value was about 80 mm and the floor heave was about 38 mm. The shrinkage of the fracture surface has meet the requirements of the design,the supporting effect is ideal,the continued large deformation of the chamber surrounding rock was effectively controlled and the chamber maintenance could meet the requirements of the mine production.
