煤自燃过程中活化能计算实验研究

摘    要:自燃倾向性反映了煤自燃的难易程度,是反映煤由最初的吸氧生热到开始加速氧化这一变化过程的过程量,而活化能恰恰是一个可以衡量该过程难易程度的过程指标。采集了佳瑞煤矿15煤层煤样,采用差示扫描量热仪进行了不同煤样粒径、不同升温速率和不同氧气浓度下的煤低温氧化热分析实验。根据Arrhenius方程,分析了煤氧化反应的特点,推导出了煤低温氧化过程活化能计算方法。依据该方法计算了不同实验条件下的煤低温氧化的活化能。实验结果表明:煤样粒径越小,煤的活化能测算值越小,越易着火,即自燃倾向性增大。升温速率越大,煤样的活化能测算值越大;煤的活化能随着氧气浓度的减小而增大,即自燃倾向性减小。

Abstract:The proneness to spontaneous combustion can reflect the complexity of coal spontaneous combustion,it should be a process amount that can reflect the changing process of coal from the initial oxygen up-take thermogenesis to the beginning of accelerated oxidation. And the activation energy is exactly the process indicator which can weigh the complexity of this process. Therefore,this paper has collected some coal sample from the 15th coal seam of Jiarui Coal Mine,and used the differential scanning calorimeter to conduct the low-temperature oxidation thermo-analysis experiment of coal under the condition of different coal particle size,different heating rate and different oxygen concentration. According to Arrhenius equation,the authors analyzed the characteristics of coal oxidation reaction and deduced the computing method of activation energy of the coal low-temperature oxidation process. According to the method,activation energy of the coal low-temperature oxidation process under the different experimental conditions were calculated. The experimental result shows that,the smaller the coal particle size is,the smaller the predictive value of coal activation energy will be,and the easier to catch fire,namely the spontaneous combustion tendency will increase. And the bigger the heating rate is,the bigger the predictive value of coal activation energy will be. The coal activation energy is increased along with the oxygen concentration decreasing,namely the spontaneous combustion tendency will decrease.
