浅析底抽巷穿层钻孔全程水排渣技术

摘    要:为了从根本上解决打钻期间的“三防”问题,探索了一种新型的打钻工艺技术。介绍了全程水排渣打钻工艺,并提出该工艺的优越性。在首山一矿底抽巷穿层钻孔应用全程水排渣打钻工艺技术,并与传统的风力排渣工艺对比,结合现场应用数据的分析结果,验证了该项技术的优越性与可行性,同时提出钻孔施工过程中排渣问题的处理方法。应用效果表明,底抽巷穿层钻孔全程水排渣技术从根本上解决了打钻期间防尘、防火的问题,且对瓦斯超限也有良好的控制作用,显著提高了钻孔瓦斯抽采效果。

Abstract:In order to solve the "three-prevention" problems during the process of drilling holes,a new kind of drilling technology is explored .First of all,through introduced the hydraulic slag discharge technology during the entire process,and put forward the superiority of the craft,then application the hydraulic slag discharge technology during the entire process for layer-through borehole in bottom pumping alley in Shoushan No.1 Mine,comparing with the traditional craft of the wind discharge,finally based on the data analysis results for the field application,confirmed the feasibility and advantage of this technology,at the same time put forward the processing method of the slag discharge problem during drilling construction process. The application effects show that the hydraulic slag discharge technology during the entire process for layer-through borehole in bottom pumping alley fundamentally solved the problem of the dust and fire prevention during the process of drilling holes,and had a very good control effect for gas overrun,improved the effect of the borehole gas extraction significantly.
