安顺煤矿9103 综采工作面端头支护研究

摘    要:针对9103综采工作面回采过程中,机头机尾推进进尺深度和速度有差异,导致工作面支架上窜,下端头支架无法对下端头进行有效支护。通过对工作面顶板岩性进行分析,结合不同的顶板运动强度确定合理的支护强度,并对支柱选型和支护密度进行研究,确立采用单体支柱配合4 m Π型钢梁架对工作面下端头支架和煤柱间顶板进行加强支护,为端头支护问题提出合理的解决方案。

Abstract:In the process of coal winning on 9103 fully-mechanized working face,due to the head and tail propulsion footage depth and velocity difference,the supports of working face slide upward,and the end supports can not play the roles of effective supporting to the lower end. Through the analysis on roof lithologic character of working face,reasonable support strength was determined combined with the different movement strength of roof. According to the research on selection of pillar and supporting density,it was established that carry out strengthened supporting on working face end support of coal pillars and roof combined with single hydraulic prop and 4 m Π type beam.
It is a reasonable solution for the problem of end supporting.
