浅谈贵州矿区软岩井巷施工及支护途径

摘    要:在煤矿软岩井巷掘进过程中,井巷围岩维护的主要途径是对井巷进行支护和对围岩破碎岩体进行加固,但在西南矿区软岩围岩条件下,即使对井巷进行加强支护和围岩加固,井巷维护仍然很困难。通过实地调研贵州软岩矿区的支护方式并进行总结,得出贵州矿区软岩井巷通过采用锚杆、锚索、金属网、混凝土及U型钢棚等联合支护途径,井巷在各种煤矿井下活动的扰动下保持其稳定性,有效控制了软岩井巷围岩的变形破坏,保证了矿井的安全生产。

Abstract:In the process of coal mine soft rock mine tunneling,the main way for the maintenance of surrounding rock is to support roadway and to reinforce the broken mass of surrounding rock,but under the condition of soft rock surrounding rock in the southwest of mining area,although to strengthen the roadway supporting and reinforce surrounding rock,maintenance is still very difficult. The paper researched the supporting mode of Guizhou soft rock and summarized,then it was concluded that the Guizhou mine soft rock roadway can keep its stability under the disturbance of all kinds of activities of the coal mine by means of combined supporting way,including bolt,anchor rope,metal wire mesh,concrete and U shed. The deformation of surrounding rock was effectively controlled in the conditions of underground mining,and ensured the safe production of mine.
