基于PLC的矿用电机车司控器设计

摘    要:针对现有电机车存在的问题,提出了一种基于PLC的新型电机车司器控制方案,通过采集电压、电流、速度、障碍物等信息,实现电机车的智能控制。设计了PLC接口电路、速度检测电路、触摸屏接口电路以及电机车主回路。应用表明,该系统解决了现有设备存在的问题,降低了工作强度,提高了电机车自动化水平,具有较强的推广价值。

Abstract:In view of the existing problems of electric locomotive,the paper proposed a new control scheme for driver controller based on PLC. Through the acquisition of voltage,current,speed,obstacles and other information,the intelligent control of electric locomotive can be achieved. The interface circuit of PLC was designed,as well as speed detection circuit,HMI interface circuit,and motor main circuit. The application shows that the system has solved the problems well and reduces the work intensity,improves the level of automation of motor vehicle,it has a strong promotional value.
