摘    要:在现有的对数螺旋锥齿轮三维模型的基础上,用HyperMesh软件进行网格划分,将网格模型导入ABAQUS有限元软件做非线性有限元分析。对在不同载荷作用下的对数螺旋锥齿轮的接触方式、接触应力和接触变形等方面进行研究。同时利用MATLAB数学软件研究不同载荷下对数螺旋锥齿轮啮合刚度的变化,证明了对数螺旋锥齿轮在啮合传动中具有良好的稳定性与承载能力,为对数螺旋锥齿轮的设计与创新提供了数据依据。

Abstract:Based on the existing three-dimensional model of logarithmic spiral bevel gear,HyperMesh was used to mesh,and the mesh model was imported into ABAQUS finite element software for non-linear finite element analysis.The contact mode,contact stress and contact deformation of logarithmic spiral bevel gears under different loads were studied.At the same time,the change of meshing stiffness of logarithmic spiral bevel gears under different loads was studied by MATLAB.It was proved that logarithmic spiral bevel gears have good stability and bearing capacity in meshing transmission,which provides data basis for the design and innovation of logarithmic spiral bevel gears.
