寺河矿综采工作面采空区瓦斯来源分析及治理

摘    要:从寺河矿综采工作面回采情况来看,采空区瓦斯涌出量比较大,制约工作面安全高效生产。以5302综采工作面为例,对综采工作面采空区瓦斯涌出来源进行了分析,并根据瓦斯来源制订了相应的瓦斯治理措施。通过对采空区瓦斯采取针对性治理措施,工作面风排瓦斯涌出量降低了20%,配风量减少了20%,工作面回采期间瓦斯状况得到明显改善,有效确保了大采高综采工作面的安全高效生产。

Abstract:According to the mining conditions of fully-mechanized working face in Sihe Coal Mine,the quantity of gas emission is large,and has restricted safe and efficient production on fully-mechanized working face. Taking 5302 fully-mechanized working face as an example,the resources of gas emission in gob on fully-mechanized working face were analysed. Relevant gas control countermeasures was designed according to the resources of gas. With the application of theses targeted method,the quantity of ventilation air methane was reduced by 20%,and air volume supply decreased by 20%,gas condition were obviously improved during mining,this effectively guaranteed safe and efficient production on fully-mechanized working face with large mining height.
