注浆加固在高应力软岩巷道修复中的应用研究

摘    要:鹤煤五矿延深胶带下山位于向斜轴附近,布置在二1煤层底板中,巷道围岩为砂质泥岩。受地应力、构造应力、采动压力的影响,巷道经过多次维修,围岩极为破碎,曾先后采用锚网喷、强力锚索、高强度网壳、可伸缩U型钢支架等联合支护,也难以控制巷道的强烈变形。经过反复实践,最后采用“双柱腿U36支架+壁后注浆”联合支护方式,支护效果明显改善。

Abstract:The downhill belt conveyer roadway was located in Ⅱ1 coal seam floor near the syncline axis,surrounding rock is a sandy mudstone. Influenced by in-situ stress,tectonic stress,mining pressure,and after many times of maintenance repaired,surrounding rock of roadway was very broken. Tested over a variety of supporting methods,such as anchor net spray,high strength anchor cable,anchor truss,U-shaped steel bracket,it was also difficult to control the strong deformation of the roadway. After repeated practice,supporting effect is obviously improved after using the "double legs of 36U-shaped steel + wall post grouting" combined supporting method.
