矿用绞车排绳装置的结构优化

摘    要:绞车作为基本的传送装置,普遍应用于生产生活中,尤其在煤矿辅助运输中。其主要排绳机构在工作中存在咬绳、排绳换向等严重安全问题,提出一种利用惰轮、摩擦片离合器以及液压换向系统组成的排绳装置;此装置结构简单、精确度高,可有效防止因换向不可靠以及其他结构的不足,从而避免钢丝绳在卷筒上排绳混乱、缩短钢丝绳寿命现象的发生,有效保证了绞车安全工作效率。

Abstract:As the basic transport equipment,the winch is widely used in normal production and life,especially in mine auxiliary transportation. Main rope mechanism exists bite rope and rope commutation and other serious security problems. This paper presented a rope arranging device that using falling wheels,friction clutch and hydraulic reversing system. The structure of this device is simple and high precision,which can prevent effectively unreliable commutation and the shortcomings of other structures,the phenomena of the rope drum confusion can be avoided,the life of the rope can also be prolonged. All this can effectively guarantee the safe working efficiency of the winch.
