小型制氧机振动噪声研究及结构优化

摘    要:为降低一家用小型制氧机的振动噪声,首先建立制氧机壳体结构的有限元模型,通过结构模态分析、声模态分析和声固耦合模态分析,得到其固有频率,同时计算了制氧机在无油压缩机工作情况下的结构动力谐响应.然后利用SYSNOISE软件,对制氧机壳体声固耦合模型的辐射噪声、ATV声传递向量进行计算,得出其单元贡献度.最后,应用噪声振动测试仪进行了试验测量,根据理论和试验结果,制定了制氧机整体降噪方案及结构优化,并通过实验验证了方案的可行性.

Abstract:In order to reduce vibration and noise of a kind of small oxygen generator, the finite element model of it's shell structure is built first; then natural frequency of body shell structure is carry out by modal analysis, acoustic modal analysis, acoustic-mode coupling analysis method, and structure dynamic humorous responses is calculated in working state simulating for oil-free compressors in oxygen generator. Furthermore, with SYSNOISE software, and with computation of entire shells noise radiation of acoustic-solid coupling model of oxygen generator and ATV acoustic transmission vector, the element contribution is acquired. According to theoretical and experimental result which is tested with noise vibration measuring device, the optimum structure scenario of the entire oxygen generator's noise reduction methods is established, moreover, practicability of the noise reduction methods passed the experimental verification.
