半再生立管内催化剂输送异常的分析与对策

摘    要:武汉石油化工厂的Ⅱ套重油催化裂化装置为重叠式两段再生结构,该装置半再生立管内的催化剂输送出现异常,从立管进出口结构及操作两方面分析了该异常产生的原因并采取了以下措施:(1)半再生立管下料口的正下方增加一面积约lm2的衬里凸台,该凸台能起料封作用,以杜绝主风反串进立管的现象;(2)将两再生器中间的大孔分布板孔由原127个堵为107个,以改善第二再生器内的烟气分布和两再生器主风比的调节;(3)改造后调整了部分操作参数,如提高再生器的压力,降低主风分配比等。结果半再生立管内的催化剂输送恢复正常,达到了改造目的。

Abstract:No. 2 RFCC units in Wuhan Petrochemical Plant adopted the overlapped two-stage regeneration structure. Abnormal catalyst transportation occurred in semi-regeneration stand pipe of the unit. Its Causes have been analyzed in the light of inlet and outlet structure of the stand pipe and operation, and the following measures adopted. (1) A I m2 convex lining platform has been added straight under the semi-regeneration stand pipe inlet as the sealing to prevent main air from returning into the stand pipe; (2) Holes in the large hole distributing plate between the two regenerators have been plugged from 127 to 107 to improve the flue gas distribution of the second regenerator and adjust the main air ratio of the two regenerators; (3) Some operation parameters have been adjusted after revamping, such as increasing regenerator pressure and decreasing the distribution ratio. As the result, normal catalyst transportation in the semi-regeneration stand pipe has been realized and the objective of revamping object achieved.
