| 摘 要： | 南非是我国矿业合作的重要伙伴,其铂族金属、锰、铬、金、红柱石、矾等矿产储量居世界首位,产量排名第一的矿产是金、铂族金属、红柱石、铬铁矿、铬铁、钒和蛭石;通过分析认为,南非的矿业政策及管理体制有利于国外投资者进入,建议我国进口或合作开发南非铂、铬等矿产,引进和学习南非的煤液化等先进的采矿、安全管理及矿山环境保护等方面的先进技术于经验。
