煤粉粒度对锅炉燃烧影响的数值模拟

摘    要:煤粉粒度对煤粉燃烧具有重要影响,采用数值模拟的方法对不同煤粉粒度在炉内的燃烧过程进行了数值计算,比较各个工况下的计算结果,并对产生结果的原因进行了分析。计算的结果对深化认识粒度对于煤粉燃烧过程的影响,从而在锅炉的实际运行中采用合理的煤粉粒度,提高锅炉燃烧的效率,节约能源。结果表明煤粉粒度为60μm,对于电站锅炉燃烧和传热是有利的。
