灾害事故现场的消防通信保障分析

消防通信系统是推进灾害事故现场救援的有力保障。文中分析了灾害事故现场消防通信保障的作用与要求，讨论了通信信号中断、通信阻塞及通信基站瘫痪等救援现场易出现的通信问题，进而提出了搭建完善的消防应急通信系统、加强新型通信技术的应用、建立消防救援短波通信通道、建立消防救援辅助通信通道以及强化消防通信队伍建设与实战演练等措施。

Analysis of the Fire Control Communication Guarantee at the Disaster and Accident Scene

The fire communication system is a powerful guarantee for promoting on-site rescue of disaster accidents. This paper analyzes the functions and requirements of fire communication support at disaster accident sites, discusses communication problems that are prone to occur at rescue sites such as communication signal interruption, communication blo-ckage and communication base station paralysis, and then proposes measures such as building a complete fire emergency communication system, strengthening the application of new communication technologies, establishing fire rescue shortwave communication channels, establishing fire rescue auxiliary communication channels, and strengthening fire communication team construction and actual combat drills.
