基于BIM技术的机电项目进度管理分析

摘    要:针对依靠传统技术和工具进行机电设备安装中存在的规范性、透明性不足等问题,文中引入了BIM技术,使其控制机电设备安装项目的进度,将日常进度计划、关键里程碑节点管理等全面融入BIM模型中,解决了进度管理效率低、项目数据可视化等问题。随着BIM技术的不断成熟与应用,其不仅可以大大提高项目管理水平,还带来了较好的经济社会效益,有助于提高进度管理效率。

Abstract:In view of many problems in the management of mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering projects relying on traditional technologies and tools, such as lack of standardization and transparency, this paper intro-ducts BIM technology to control the progress of mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects. Fully integrate daily schedule planning, key milestone node management, etc. into the BIM model. The problems of low efficiency of traditional technology and tool schedule management and data visualization are solved. With the continuous mature application of BIM technology, it can not only greatly improve the level of project management, but also bring better economic and social benefits and help to improve the efficiency of schedule management.
