纱线卷绕恒张力控制系统的设计

摘    要:随着我国轻工业的发展,纺织业作为轻工业的代表,其科技水平也越来越发达。在机械化生产的背景下,纱线的卷绕络筒在整个生产中显得十分重要,其质量会严重影响到其他工序的开展,为了保障后续工作完美进行,控制纱线卷绕工序生产的各项参数显得十分重要,尤其是张力控制,合理的张力大小能够使纱线卷绕的质量更好。文中通过大量阅读国内外参考文献,以单片机为控制核心、直流伺服电机为执行装置来研究张力控制系统,并得到了相应的结论。

Abstract:With the development of light industry in China, the textile industry, as the representative of light industry, is becoming more and more advanced in science and technology. At the moment of mechanized production, the yarn winding drum is very important in the whole production. The quality of the winding drum will seriously affect the development of other processes. In order to effectively ensure the perfect operation of the follow-up work, it is very important to control the parameters of the yarn winding process, especially the tension control, Reasonable tension can make yarn winding quality better. Therefore, this paper studies the tension control system by reading a lot of references at home and abroad, taking the single chip microcomputer as the control core and the DC servo motor as the executive device, and obtains the corresponding conclusions.
