摘    要:混凝土结构裂缝是影响既有工程安全的病害之一,如何实现对混凝土结构裂缝的自动定位、扩展跟追,是降低混凝土裂缝病害破坏力、预防安全事故的主要问题。三维点云重建混凝土结构裂缝定位与跟追技术基于大数据技术,其可以通过无人机搭载的高分辨云台照相机获得目标图像集,然后通过优化数据集与三维重建流程,获得建筑结构点云模型并还原相机空间参数,最后通过视点定位算法,求得拍摄图片的坐标,并将图片与坐标相连接,以此将裂缝定位在点云模型中。检验表明,三维点云重建的模型能精准定位混凝土裂缝,并实现对裂缝的实时跟踪与观测。

Abstract:Concrete structural cracks are one of the diseases that affect the safety of existing projects. How to realize the automatic positioning, expansion and pursuit of concrete structural cracks is the main problem to reduce the destructive power of concrete cracks and prevent safety accidents. 3D point cloud reconstruction of concrete structure crack location and tracking technology is based on big data technology. It can obtain the target image set through the high-resolution gimbal camera mounted on the drone, and then obtain the point cloud model of the building structure and restore the camera by optimizing the data set and 3D reconstruction process. The spatial parameters of the camera are finally obtained through the viewpoint positioning algorithm, and the coordinates of the photographed pictures are finally connected with the coordinates to locate the cracks in the point cloud model. The test shows that the 3D point cloud reconstruction model can accurately locate concrete cracks and realize real-time tracking and observation of cracks.
