基于BIM和物联监测的智慧建筑综合运维管理研究

目前,数字化、信息化、智能化技术逐渐被应用于建筑行业,很大程度上推动了建筑行业的发展,有效地提升了建筑综合运维管理的工作效率,并在很大程度上减少了建筑综合运维管理工作的资金投入。基于此,文中对BIM和物联监测智慧建筑综合运维管理进行了研究,首先分析了BIM技术在建筑领域内的应用及存在的问题,阐述了建筑运维管理的主要内容,然后对BIM技术+物联监测综合运维管理系统的基本特点和功能作用进行了分析,并探讨了BIM技术+物联监测综合运维管理系统的基本架构和系统构建,最后对BIM技术+物联监测综合运维管理系统的应用进行了探讨,以期为相关从业者提供参考。
