摘    要:目前,数字化、信息化、智能化技术逐渐被应用于建筑行业,很大程度上推动了建筑行业的发展,有效地提升了建筑综合运维管理的工作效率,并在很大程度上减少了建筑综合运维管理工作的资金投入。基于此,文中对BIM和物联监测智慧建筑综合运维管理进行了研究,首先分析了BIM技术在建筑领域内的应用及存在的问题,阐述了建筑运维管理的主要内容,然后对BIM技术+物联监测综合运维管理系统的基本特点和功能作用进行了分析,并探讨了BIM技术+物联监测综合运维管理系统的基本架构和系统构建,最后对BIM技术+物联监测综合运维管理系统的应用进行了探讨,以期为相关从业者提供参考。

Abstract:At present, digital, information-based and intelligent technologies are gradually applied to the construction industry, which has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry, effectively improved the efficiency of the comprehensive operation and maintenance management of buildings, and largely reduced the investment in the comprehensive operation and maintenance management of buildings. Based on this, this paper studies the comprehensive operation and maintenance management of BIM and IOT monitoring smart buildings. First, it analyzes the application and existing problems of BIM technology in the field of building, expounds the main content of building operation and maintenance management, then analyzes the basic characteristics and functions of BIM technology+IOT monitoring integrated operation and maintenance management system, and discusses the basic architecture and system construction of BIM technology+IOT monitoring integrated operation and maintenance management system, Finally, the application of BIM technology+IOT monitoring integrated operation and maintenance management system is discussed to provide reference for relevant practitioners.
