摘    要:随着制造业的不断发展,刀具在切削加工中发挥着越来越重要的作用,刀具监控技术的应用也越来越受关注。文中回顾和总结了国内外刀具监控技术的研究现状,并展望了其未来的发展方向。文中分别介绍了刀具监控技术的背景和意义,在深度学习下的研究现状、研究内容和其实现的可能,并指出了基于深度学习模式的刀具切削状态监测技术将是未来重要的发展方向之一。最后,文中分析了研究结果及存在的不足,同时展望了刀具监控技术的应用前景。

Abstract:With the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, tools play an increasingly important role in cutting, and the application of tool monitoring technology has attracted more and more attention. This paper reviews and summarizes the research status of tool monitoring technology at home and abroad, and looks forward to its future development direction. The paper introduces the background and significance of tool monitoring technology, the research status under deep learning, the research content and the possibility of its realization, and points out that the tool cutting state monitoring technology based on deep learning mode will be one of the important development directions in the future. Finally, the paper analyzes the research results and existing deficiencies, and looks forward to the application prospect of tool monitoring technology.
