摘    要:介绍了热轧带钢立辊辊型技术的改进设计方案,将锥形辊结构改进为带垂直面和凸台倒角的立辊辊形。生产实践证明该设计辊形提高了产品表面质量,增加了轧制稳定性和宽度控制能力。

Abstract:The optimigation design of the vertical roll shape in hot roiled steel strip was optimized. A kind of roll contour with vertical face and chamfer was designed to substitute conical vertical roll. The application of new roll structure evidently improved the product's surface quality,rolling stability and width control, which was proved by manufacture practice.
