| 摘 要： | 通过对陶瓷介质、导体浆料、包封料等材料的选择，以及陶瓷介质厚度、被银瓷片留边量的设计，采用干压成型法成型，控制生坯密度为３．６２～３．９０ｇ／ｃｍ３，研制成功了额定电压为ＡＣ２５０Ｖ、ＡＣ４００Ｖ的ＤＣＦ型交流瓷介电容器。该产品已取得ＣＣＥＥ、ＵＬ、ＶＤＥ和ＣＳＡ安全认证。

| Abstract: | Model DCF disk capacitors with certifications of CCEE, UL, VDE and CSA, are made by dry press formation The density of the green disk is controlled in the range of 3 62 to 3 90 g/cm 3 The rated voltage is 250 V and 400 V The selection of ceramics, conductor paste, coating material, etc , and the determination of the dielectric thickness and the margin width are discussed (7 refs ) |
