21世纪中国的社会经济发展迅速,许多城市对行政区划进行了调整。本文以沈阳沈北新城规划设计为例,探讨了新城发展模式、产业结构、土地使用功能、空间结构形态、重点地段城市设计等相关城市问题,同时在理论层面提出对未来发展的思考。

Reflection of the Urban Design in Regionalism Modulation——Urban Design of the Shenyang Shenbei New Town

In the 21st century,the social economy is developing rapidly in China and many cities are adjusting their administrative divisions.Taking the urban design of the Shenyang Shenbei new town as an example,this paper discusses a series of urban issues such as the new city development model,industrial structure,land usage,spacial structure,and the urban design of key sections,and then considers future development on a theoretical basis.
