| 摘 要： | 采用植物甾醇与高油酸葵花籽油甲酯酯交换的方法合成了植物甾醇高油酸葵花籽油酯。通过正交试验法,确定了酯交换反应最优工艺条件为:n(高油酸葵花籽油甲酯)∶n(植物甾醇)为2∶1,催化剂添加量为植物甾醇质量的3%,反应时间5 h,酯化率可以达到62.1%。

| Abstract: | The phytosterol esters were synthesized by the transesterification between phytosterol and high oleic acid sunflower seed oil methyl esters.The optimum conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of high oleic acid sunflower seed oil methyl esters/phytosterol was 2∶1,the amount of catalyst was 3% of the quality of phytosterol,reaction time was 5 h.The esterification yield was 62.1%. |
