| 摘 要： | 介绍了CZ-4型玻璃润滑剂的性能。采用CZ-4型玻璃润滑剂穿制不锈钢毛管的试验结果表明,这种润滑剂能满足穿制长度大于900mm管坯的工艺要求;能降低铝合金顶头和穿孔导板的消耗。

| Abstract: | The properties of CZ-4 vitreous lubricant are described in the paper. The result from the experiment on piercing stainless steel pipe with the new lubricant shows that it can meet the technical requirements in case of piercing shell over 900mm in length, meanwhile the consumption of Molybdenum-base alloy plug and guiding plate of the mill can be reduced. |
