| Abstract: | For its good mechanical properties and cheap prices,the single-crystal copper wire has gradually replaced gold wire as bonding part in industry.It can be widely used in integrated circuits and discrete semiconductor devices.It can also be used in high fidelity audio,video,cable,and high standard communication without signal reflection and scattering because there are no grain boundaries in single-crystal copper wire. |
