回转窑托轮接触应力分布研究

摘    要:运用超静定复杂梁支承系统程序化求解方法计算轮带托轮间的支反力,再作为分布载荷施加在托轮上,采用ANSYS软件对托轮作有限元分析,求应力分布,找出接触危险部位的最大应力。所求得的支反力与现场经验值基本一致,且刚度阶梯化和非均布分布载荷转化越精确,所求支反力就越准确。每个托轮的接触应力不同,哪一档筒体处的轴线偏移量大,则该档托轮的受力和接触应力也大。定量地求出轮带与托轮间的最大接触应力与压力,可较准确地进行调窑,对托轮的结构设计也具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The support force between wheel and support wheel in complicated girder is educed by hyperstatic girder program and brought to apply on support wheel The maximum contact stress in dangdrous place is located by analyzing stress distribution of support wheel with ANSYS software The support force comports with experimental value The more accurate the classification of rigidity and the transformation of uneven distributing load, the more correct of support force obtained The contact stress affecting on support wheels is various, the greater where axes linear deviation of rotary kiln is, the bigger the load and contact stress on the support wheel there Quantitative calculation of maximum contact stress and pressure between wheel and support wheel provides the theoretic bases for adjustment and design of rotary kiln
