| Abstract: | Considering the characters of Beijing as th e capital of China, the po litical and cultural center of the country as well as famous ancient city and mo dern international city, due to increasing demand for land use both in size and volume, as required by its strategy position, comprehensive city air defense and disaster prevention, a tentative plan and main tactics for development and util ization of urban underground space are suggested. |
