超级13Cr钢软化工艺研究

摘    要:研究了超级13Cr钢的软化处理工艺,其中包括退火、高温回火和调质处理。采用全自动相变仪Formastor-F II测定了钢的临界点。结果表明,钢的临界点为Ac1670℃,Ac3760℃,Ms 210℃,Mf160℃。由于该超级13Cr钢从奥氏体化温度冷却的过程中不存在珠光体转变而仅发生马氏体转变,所以退火后硬度高于330 HB。此外,高温回火后的硬度也高于300 HB,只有调质处理的材料硬度低于280 HB,符合机加工要求。

Abstract:Softening processes of a super 13Cr steel,including annealing,high temperature tempering and quenching followed by high temperature tempering,was investigated.The critical points of the steel were measured by Formast-F II full automatic transformation instrument.The results show that Ac1 is 670 ℃,Ac3 is 760 ℃,Ms is 210 ℃ and Mf is 160 ℃ for the 13 Cr steel,and that the as-annealed hardness is 330 HB or more because no pearlite transformation but only martensite transformation occurs in the 13Cr steel during the cooling from the austenitizing temperature.Furthermore,the hardness after high temperature tempering is above 300 HB,whereas the hardness after quenching and high tempering is less than 280 HB,conforming with the machining requirements.
