一种磨球用低合金铸铁的改性研究

摘    要:鉴于球磨机磨球使用寿命偏低,对一种磨球用低合金铸铁进行了变质处理和热处理,并对其显微组织、硬度和冲击韧度进行了检测。结果表明,变质处理结合热处理能改善低合金铸铁的组织,降低脆性,有效提高其力学性能。经稀土变质处理后再经970℃保温2 h空冷后,低合金铸铁的硬度和冲击韧度分别为44.7 HRC和4.94 J·cm-2,比铸态样品的硬度和冲击韧度分别提高了4.68%和56.83%。

Abstract:In view of the low service life of grinding ball used in ball mill,a low alloy cast iron used for the grinding ball was modified and heat treated,and then subjected to microstructure survey,hardness and impact toughness measurements. The results show that modification,combined with heat treatment,can improve microstructure,reduce brittleness and effectively increase mechanical properties for the low alloy cast iron.After RE modification followed by heating at 970 ℃ for 2 h and air cooling,hardness and impact toughness of the low alloy cast iron are 44.7 HRC and 4.94 J·cm-2 respectively,being 4.68%and 56.83%larger than those of the as-cast sample.
