变频空调散热器仿真优化设计

摘    要:为节约开发成本,缩短开发周期,更好满足市场需求,论文以某款变频空调室外机的电子元器件散热为研究对象。在不改变电器盒及散热器安装位置的前提下,利用CFD模拟手段进行散热器仿真分析及优化设计。经实验方案验证,最终在短时期内设计出较优的散热器。

Abstract:For saving the cost and period of the design , meeting the demand of the market , the thesis studied the heat-sink with electronic component in inverter air -conditioner.In the case of keeping the electrical box and posi-tion where the heat -sink installed unchangeable , it used CFD to simulate the heat -sink with electronic component and optimized it.Also some experiments were done to validate that the scheme was feasibility.Ultimately an advanced heat-sink was designed in a short time.
