氯化锂溶液液滴真空闪蒸影响因素的研究

摘    要:本文搭建了氯化锂液滴真空闪蒸研究的实验台,从环境压力、初始温度、初始尺寸三方面探讨了对氯化锂溶液液滴真空闪蒸效果的影响。根据实验所得数据进行了详细的分析,结果表明:环境压力是影响氯化锂溶液液滴闪蒸速度的主要因素,环境压力越低,氯化锂溶液液滴闪蒸就相对较快;液滴初始温度不同,闪蒸后液滴温度变化也会有所差异,初始温度对氯化锂溶液液滴真空闪蒸的影响不能忽略;氯化锂溶液液滴的初始尺寸对主体液滴到达最低温度所需要的时间影响较大。

Study on the Influence Factor of the Flashing of Lithium Chloride Solution Droplet in Vacuum

Abstract:This paper set up the lithium chloride droplet flashing test bench , the environmental pressure , the ini-tial temperature , initial droplet size three aspects was discussed on the droplet flash effect.According to the experi-mental data , we carried on the detailed analysis , the results show that :the main factor of the lithium chloride solu-tion droplet flashing speed is environmental pressure , The lower the environmental pressure , the faster the lithium chloride solution droplet flash is.The difference of droplet initial temperature changes will result the difference of the droplet temperature after flashing , the initial temperature on the influence of the lithium chloride solution droplet flashing can't be ignored; The initial size of the lithium chloride solution droplet greatly influences the time required to reach the lowest temperature.
