摘    要:测试性设计的主要目的,就是要求反映被测对象的工作状态和隔离故障到现场更换模块。这两项任务,要求由机内检测设备(BITE)来实现。测试性设计不能局限于满足BITE的故障检测率和故障隔离率,它更关注故障隔离的平均时间。对预测和设计故障隔离时间和虚警率提出了一种实用方法,对落实测试性设计具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The main purposes of design for testability are to show the operational status of the unit under test and to isolate the failures to LRU. These two tasks are implemented with BITE. But design for testability cannot be limited to meeting the required fault detection rate and fault isolation rate of BITE. We are more concerned about the mean time of fault isolation. A practical approach is presented to predict and design the fault isolation time and false alarm rate,which is helpful to implement the design for testability.
