摘    要:针对武汉平煤武钢联合焦化有限责任公司的4套配煤系统的配煤细度(80%~82%)过高,无法满足焦炉生产需求的问题,通过实行选择性粉碎生产方式,将1号和3号配煤系统配合煤细度降低到68%左右,提高了焦炭产量,确保了焦炉生产顺行,同时也节省了能源和备件费用。

Abstract:This paper concerned the problem of the fineness of blending coal up to 80 % -82 % in the four blending system of Wuhan Pingmei WISCO United Coking & Chemi cal Corp. Ltd. , which couldn't satisfy the production need of coke over. After the application of selective pulverizing technology in No. 1 and No. 3 coal blending system, the fineness of blending coal reduced to 68 %, the production of coke improved and the consumption in materials and the energy sources had been saved.
