| 摘 要： | 针对传统继电保护整定计算管理模式存在的问题和不足,研究开发了一套适用于省、地、县三级调度系统的继电保护整定计算全过程管理系统。系统采用面向服务的架构(SOA),在统一数据平台上无缝集成了继电保护整定计算相关的所有功能模块,实现了保护图纸、设备参数等整定计算基础数据的远程填报、参数计算建模、整定计算及保护定值通知单的自动生成、流转审批和执行等全部业务流程的闭环管理。目前,该系统已经成功应用于云南电网省、地、县三级调度系统的继电保护整定计算管理工作中,取得了很好的效果。
