摘    要:受循环冷却水侧机械杂质和粘泥的影响,空压机、氮压机的主冷凝器换热能力下降,真空下降,已经影响到了机组的安全运行及装置的生产负荷。采用对主冷凝器进行在线反冲洗的方法,解决了该问题,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Affected by mechanical impurities and adhesive mud of circulating water,the heat exchanging capability of main condenser of air compressor and nitrogen compressor declined,and the vacuum degree decreased.This had affected safe operation of compressor bundle and production throughput.The method of online backflushing was used to solve the problem,resulting in good effect.
