摘    要:冶金工业是耗能大户,在一些冶金设备中随着排放的废气带走了大量的余热,同时也排放出大量的粉尘,因而既浪费了能源,又污染了环境。太钢一烧环冷余热回收投产几年来已充分地证明,通过先进的技术设备可以回收大量的余热,同时又减少了环境污染,所以很有推广意义。

Abstract:Metallurgy industry is a trade whose energy consumption is very great. A great quantity of residual heat is taken away with discharged waste gas in some metallurgy equipment, and at the same time a great quantity dust is discharged. Therefore not only a great deal energy sources is wasted, but also the environment is polluted. Years of running of the circulation cooling afterheat drawing back detection control system for sintering machine No.1 of Taiyuan Iron & Steel(Group) Co. Ltd. fully manifests that a great quantity of residual heat may be recovered by advanced technology and equipment, and that the polluting of environment is reduced. So the system is worthy of generalizing.
